OUR MEETING ROOMS & EVENT SPACES
We have rooms and spaces to suit every need.
At Society1 we have a variety of meeting rooms available to cater from two to forty people. All our prices include VAT, tea and coffee. We can also arrange catering to suit your needs. We are the perfect venue for a workshop, training day or meeting in Preston. Our city centre location means we are 5 minutes walk to the train station. There is ample parking available at the Avenham carpark just 2 mins from us.
WORKSHOP / TRAINING ROOM
Our glass conference room is situated on the second floor in our industrial / loft style space. It is a light and airy room, with all the tech you need. Reservation prices always include tea and coffee, set up to your requirements and use of the HD projector. The room can hold around 30 + delegates depending on the room layout requirements
THE BOARDROOM - SEATING 8
Our stylish board room is a glass fronted room situated on the first floor. Ideal for meetings. A HD screen, flipchart and white board allow you to present and share information straight from your laptop to screen.
SQUARE MEETING ROOM - SEATING 6
Our bright and airy square glass fronted meeting room situated on the first floor. A HD Screen Flipchart and Whiteboard provide everything you need for your meeting.
Private Meeting Room - Seating 4
Our 4 person meeting room is situated on the first floor. It is a smaller room appropriate for private meetings, 1 to 1’s and interviews for example.
‘The Kitchen’ – because it used to be the kitchen – is a ground floor, private meeting room. It is a versatile space which can be set up in a variety of ways including board room, classroom and training room styles. The room comes equipped with a large presentation screen and whiteboard wall. It seats up to 16 people depending on layout.
GROUND FLOOR EVENT SPACE
Our ground floor is a perfect events space with a reception area and separate presentation area. It is perfect for meet ups, presentations, round table events, product launches and training. This area is available when it is not being used by members during core working hours so speak to us if you are interested in this space for your business and we can see if we can accommodate your needs.
