As our breathing happens automatically we take it for granted, but when we get too stressed, it’s the first thing to be affected. Poor breathing impacts negatively on our concentration, health and performance, but Conscious Breathing supports our ability to live and work better. 

In this session, you will learn about and practice a variety of highly effective breathing techniques, which you can employ to build resilience, manage stress and reduce anxiety. Better breathing helps you to improve your mood and focus, enhance your work performance, and support your day-to-day more effectively.
